
POLICIES

A 50% deposit is required upon reserving the party rental order – this deposit is non-refundable. Items are not on reserve until the deposit is paid. The balance is to be paid in full before the date of delivery or customer pickup.

Delivery will be the day before the event unless the event is on a Monday, then the delivery will be on the Friday prior to the event. Pickup will be the day after the event unless the event is over the weekend, then the pickup will be on the following Monday. There is an exception to the delivery and pickup dates if special arrangements have been made in advance.

Delivery and pickup of the party rental order is available based on the distance travelled to the location of the event. The size of the party rental order is a factor in the cost, as we may have to use more than one truck or take multiple trips. Upon picking up the party rental order, all items are to be in the easily accessible location that the delivery occurred.

Set up and take down of tents is included in the price; the set up and takedown of tables/chairs/dance floor is available for an additional cost.

A damage waiver of 10% is applied to each invoice – this covers the normal wear and tear of the items. The damage waiver does not cover any items that are missing, broken or damaged beyond the parameters at our discretion. Upon return, the items will be assessed and the customer will be billed at cost of the items needing replacement.

Payment of deposits is considered agreement to these terms.
